News on the supply situation

Status June 4, 2020

Please note that due to the high demand for Covid-19 protection products, we do not have all of the requested items in stock in sufficient quantities. Of course, we are trying to solve these supply bottlenecks together with our supply partners, but we still cannot exclude the possibility that delivery times in this area will be significantly longer. Since we would like to serve our long-standing regular customers with priority, we unfortunately cannot accept all orders from new customers. We ask for your understanding. If you, as a regular customer, have a need for these products, please do not hesitate to contact us at +49 69 305 5388 Mr. Schäffer or +49 69 305 15333 Ms. Sommer, we will do our best. Thank you very much.

Status March 10, 2020

Against the background of the coronavirus pandemic and the resulting worldwide increase in demand for personal protective equipment, we are currently unable to accept larger orders for the corresponding products. Likewise, we will not be able to meet orders from new customers. Please understand that we must focus on the needs we are accustomed to. We want to do everything in our power to continue to be a reliable supplier and partner.

Status March 1, 2020

Due to the high demand in connection with the pandemic precautions against the new corona virus, the supply situation for 1-propanol, 2-propanol and ethanol on the world market gets worse. Triggered by this severe shortage, raw material prices are now rising daily. The further price development is currently neither calculable nor predictable for us. Against this background, we are unfortunately forced to revoke all price commitments made in the past for the three products mentioned above until further notice.  Please understand that we will only offer these products on a daily price basis in the coming months. As of today, we believe that we will continue to be able to deliver these three alcohols at relatively short notice, but we cannot rule out future shortages.

For further questions please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
